Terms and Conditions for Day Tours

Terms and Conditions – Day Tours

1. Booking and Payment

A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or the required deposit. The balance, where applicable, must be paid by the date specified at the time of booking.

2. Cancellation by Customer

3. Cancellation by the Operator

We reserve the right to cancel a tour due to insufficient numbers, severe weather, road conditions, vehicle breakdown, or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, customers will be offered an alternative date or a full refund. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the tour.

4. Itinerary Changes

While every effort will be made to operate tours as advertised, we reserve the right to alter routes, timings, attractions, or itineraries where necessary due to weather, traffic, operational requirements, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Passenger Conduct

Passengers are expected to behave respectfully towards fellow passengers, guides, drivers, and local communities. We reserve the right to refuse carriage or remove any passenger whose behaviour is disruptive, unsafe, or unlawful, without refund.

6. Health and Mobility

Customers are responsible for ensuring that they are physically able to participate in the tour. Any mobility requirements or medical conditions that may affect participation should be disclosed at the time of booking.

7. Pick-Up Times

Passengers must arrive at the designated pick-up point at least 10 minutes before departure. We cannot guarantee accommodation for late arrivals, and no refund will be provided if a passenger misses the departure.

8. Personal Belongings

Passengers are responsible for their own personal belongings at all times. We accept no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to personal property during the tour.

9. Liability

We act as the organiser of the tour and engage third-party transport providers, attractions, accommodation providers, and other suppliers where required. Our liability is limited to the tour price paid and excludes indirect or consequential losses, except where such limitation is not permitted by law.

10. Photography

Photographs or video may occasionally be taken during tours for promotional purposes. Guests who do not wish to appear in promotional material should inform the tour leader at the start of the tour.

11. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any delay, cancellation, or failure to perform our obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to extreme weather, natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, government restrictions, or transport disruptions.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
